- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This Four Seasons Health Care Home was my mothers home from 21 August 2015 until 8 February 2016 when she was rushed to hospital with seven stage 4 and unstageable pressure ulcers; blackened foot, weeping lesions and a 5cm deep hole on her back. She suffered a most undignified end to her life and died on 1 March 2016. The home kept her wounds hidden from her family. Extremely poor management. They lied and covered up the abuse.
